The AVÓ (GRANDMOTHER) project questions the fundamental aspects of acrobatic movement and carriage: balance, confidence and fear. The artistic action of carrying older people leads us to discover an inner acrobatics, reassessing the possibilities of the body, whose limits are lost within a lifetime. It serves to show ourselves and others that the extraordinary can always happen, not depending whatsoever on how old you are. A short stage performance, a duet with an acrobat and a grandmother, that is like an old lady turning herself into a transporting acrobatic object.
